Our New Car

So we're a little bit late in putting pictures on the page but here are some pictures of our new Saturn Astra. (ok it's not really ours, but it looks just like this.) (We'll take pictures soon, after we wash off the rain specks)

Madie's Vet Visit

Good Morning Everyone! 

We hope you are having a great day! Its beautiful in California today. Most of the leaves on the trees in our neighborhood finally fell off this week. The rest of the leaves will be forced off in a few weeks when the new leaves start to bud. Winter here is like an extended fall, its quite strange.  We had a very windy day this week and two trees fell over crushing a few cars in our neighborhood. Luckily our car was not crushed this time!! The earthquake this week was interesting. It was a very large jolt unlike the gentle rumbling like usual. Thankfully nothing was damaged. Today we had to take Madie to the vet. She has a urinary track infection. They had to take an x-ray to make sure she didn't have a bladder stone. Thank goodness she didn't. She will be better in no time now that she is on an antibiotic. We got to keep the x-ray so I can show it to my students! They will love it. Bobby is keeping busy working on his orals reports, and I am enjoying being back at school. I am looking forward to moving into a new classroom in about two weeks. It will be a nice change.
