Matthew 7 Months

Matthew is now 7 months old. He is 20 pounds and 27.5 inches tall. He can sit up on his own without help. He loves playing with blocks. This week he learned how to clap his hands. He's so happy that he can clap his hands. Daddy likes to sing the "happy and you know it" song with him. Daddy is also working on teaching him to give a high five.

So far he has tried the following foods:
Rice Cereal
Peas
Avocado
Prunes
Peaches
Oatmeal
Carrots
Apples

He's not as fond of carrots. He will still eat them. He's just not as enthusiastic about them. He actually likes them mixed with prune juice. lol.

Matthew's hair is starting to get longer. It seems to be growing more on the left side than the right. I might have to trim one side so it looks even. I'm done with school for the summer so Matthew and I get to spend more time together now. It's nice. It's hard to believe that 7 months ago we became parents. The time has gone by so fast. We are loving every minute.   :o)
